Fan motor for Philips and Hapro solarium's.
This fan-motor fits the following Model numbers of foldaway sunmobiles:

• HB810, HB811, HB812, HB813, HB814
• HB821, HB822, HB823
• HB871, HB875, HB971, HB975, HB977
• HP8540
• HB846 HB850 HB851 HB853
• HB860 HB861 HB863
• HP3701.  

Also for full-size sunbeds

• HB558, HB566, HB567, HB568, HB585

Assembly tips for models HP3701 and HB846 to HB863

To replace a defective motor, proceed as follows:
Remove the glass plate for the lamps from where the motor is broken. This is to reduce weight.
The top cover is then unscrewed. Remove these when the device is horizontal. Then remove the plastic roller with the axle (position 5 of the exploded view as shown in this service manual).
Follow the wires from the motor and disconnect the connectors on the board. Remember where they were or take a photo.
The fan housing is secured with two clips (see position 9 of the exploded view in the service manual). These can be removed with pliers by squeezing the tabs.
Take out the case and remove the metal clip surrounding the fan blade shaft. Please note: Fan blades are fragile and no longer available. Therefore, handle it carefully!
Once the clip has been removed, the best way to remove the fan blade is to firmly grasp the plastic where the clip previously was with combination pliers. Give a firm jerk in a vertical direction while keeping the case on the floor with both feet on either side.
After that it is self-explanatory and the motor can be easily replaced. The two motor cables can be swapped on the circuit board. That does not matter.
